This notice explains how CARLI S.R.L. MACCHINE AGRICOLE processes the personal data of visitors to www.carliagri.it and of people who write to us through the website forms, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process
- Data you send us through the forms (information request from a machine page and the Contact form): name and surname, email and country, which are required; company and phone, which are optional; your message. In the machine form also the machine, the model and your tractor’s power, if you enter them. Together with the request we record the page you write from and the website language.
- Browsing data: like every website, the server records in its technical logs the IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type, for the operation and security of the website. To limit abusive form submissions, the website keeps a non-reversible fingerprint of the IP address for 10 minutes.
Why we process it and on what legal basis
- To answer your requests for information and quotes: processing necessary for pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- For the security and proper operation of the website: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell or pass it on to third parties.
Providing your data
The data marked as required are needed to answer you: without them we cannot follow up your request. The others are optional.
How and where it is processed
Requests are stored in the private area of the website and sent by email to Carli. Only Carli’s authorised staff and the technical providers who handle hosting, website maintenance and email on Carli’s behalf have access to them. The website is hosted on servers in the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as needed to answer you and to manage any relationship that follows; then we delete them, except where the law requires us to keep them. The server’s technical logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.
Cookies and external services
The website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. It uses technical cookies only for people who log in to the administration area. The notice box (for example about a trade fair) remembers that it was closed in the browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
The videos on the machine pages are loaded from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only if you press play: from then on Google’s rules apply. Directions open in Google Maps only if you click the link. More details in the cookie policy.
Your rights
At any time you can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@carliagri.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
